Accessing your email

New customers who joined, updated or added additional mailboxes after 10 February 2012 will need to access their BigPond email with Windows Live using a browser. Find out about email settings if you use an email client eg. Outlook.

On the go? Find out the new settings for Windows phone, iPhone, Android, Nokia, Blackberry or Other and enter your BigPond/Telstra Username and password when prompted to enter Windows Live ID/Hotmail ID.

Things you need to know

If you signed up for your eligible broadband service from 10 February 2012, you won't be able to view or synchronise your contacts and calendar information created on your T-Hub, in your BigPond Email with Windows Live account (and vice versa). Your contacts and calendar information will continue to be backed up on the Telstra network.
