Things you need to know

1. If you use Website Builder to create your website, a web page limit of 7 pages will also apply.

2. The included data traffic is the amount of data that can be downloaded from your website each month - read more

Unused monthly downloads will not be carried over to the following month.

3. For domain names registered under BigPond WebHosting or where you have transferred registration of your domain name to our registrar or reseller for BigPond WebHosting - read more

your domain name will be automatically renewed 25 days prior to the domain name expiry date for a further 12 months, unless prior notice is received from you that your domain name should not be renewed, you cease to be the registered owner of your domain name or we cease to be the delegated domain name administrator for your domain name.

4. On the Gold plan, no additional traffic charges will apply if you exceed traffic of 30GB/month but traffic in excess of 30GB/month will be slowed to 56K.

5. If at the time that your BigPond WebHosting service is cancelled or expires your domain name has already been renewed effective from or after the relevant cancellation or expiry date, you must pay us the registry key charge before we will provide you with your domain name registration key and password.

A $3.50 mail invoice charge will apply if you request a paper invoice or we are required to send you a paper invoice as a result of your credit card auto-debit being denied.

8. Website Builder Easy is provided to us by a third party - read more

We may upgrade or replace Website Builder Easy and cease to support the then current version of Website Builder Easy on at least 30 days notice. If we do so, we will use reasonable endeavours to migrate your published website content to the upgraded or alternate website building software unless the upgraded or alternate software is incapable of allowing for such migration or you fail to take all reasonable steps that we require in connection with the migration.

9. Except for domain name renewals, your BigPond WebHosting service will automatically renew for a further 12 months on expiry of the minimum term, or the current renewal term, unless you notify us prior to expiry of the minimum term or the current renewal term or during the 30 day cooling-off period at the beginning of the rollover term.
