For ADSL customers, please make sure your modem is on the Telstra's approved modem list. We offer only limited technical support for BYO modem members as our services focus on our own BigPond-supplied modems. However, our Help Centre is packed with installation and troubleshooting tips for the commonly used ADSL modems on Telstra's approved modem list.
